Indomethacin morpholinylamide or BML-190 is an aminoalkylindole ligand that has been shown to produce agonistic and inverse agonistic effects upon cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CB2). The observed effects varied depending on concentration of BML-190 and the cancer cell line that was used. It has also been studied for signaling effects on cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and lipid synthesis.
