Product Description
Proline and its derivatives are often used as asymmetric catalysts in
organic reactions. The CBS reduction and proline catalyzed aldol
condensation are prominent examples.
L-Proline is an osmoprotectant, and therefore is used in many
pharmaceutical, biotechnological applications.
