Plastic Columns

Gold Biotechnology gravity flow empty columns are ideal for normal protein purification processes. Customers may buy bulk resins and then pack their own His-tag purification columns as an economic option.

These columns serve as tools for gravity purification using small quantities of resin. The package contains 50 plastic columns with their top and end caps.

The plastic columns are polypropylene with a total volume of either 12 mL or 35 mL and contain a polyethylene frit with a nominal pore size of 20 µm. They are specially designed for working with bead volumes of 0.5-2.0 mL (12 mL column) or 2-6 mL (35 mL column).
