GoldBio's Precision Grade, Fatty Acid Free BSA from New Zealand is ideally suited for fatty acid sensitive cell culture systems, such as CHO, Vero and MDCK cells, as well as for the most sensitive diagnostic and research applications.
GoldBio BSA is a highly purified, lyophilized albumin, suitable for Westerns, enzyme systems, protein standards, hybridizations and as a protease-sensitive immunoassays. It is also perfectly suitable as a nutrient in cell culture media, with low interference and backgrounds and is ideal for most standard molecular biology experiments. BSA protein is a single polypeptide chain consisting of ~583 amino acid residues and no carbohydrates and is approximately 66 kDa in size. Fraction V refers to the fifth fraction of the original Cohn purification of plasma proteins using cold ethanol precipitation and is still commonly used as a name for bovine serum albumin regardless of purification method.

The BLUEstain™ Low Range Protein Ladder, 2 to 40 kDa is a ready-to-use three-color protein standard with 6 pre-stained proteins covering a range of molecular weights from 2 to 40 kDa. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 10 kDa and 40 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE.
BLUEstain™ Low Range Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the molecular weight of small proteins. The ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use. Do not heat, dilute or add reducing agent before loading.

GoldBio's SuperLadder (50 bp-25 kb) is a ready-to-use DNA ladder, which is pre-mixed with loading dye for direct gel loading. The DNA Ladder is composed of 26 individual DNA fragments: 25k, 10k, 8k, 6k, 5k, 4k, 3k, 2.5k, 2k, 1.5k, 1.2k, 1k, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 450, 400, 350, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100 and 50 base pairs derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA.
This product contains four enhanced bands (3k, 1.2k, 500 and 200 bp) for easier reference. In addition, three tracking dyes are present (Xylene cyanol FF, Bromophenol blue and Orange G) which mimic the migration of 4,000 bp, 500 bp and 50 bp dsDNA respectively during electrophoresis on a 1% TAE agarose gel which helps in real time monitoring.
